The company started developing its business in Phuket, Thailand, where 3 projects were successfully completed, and brought the experience and expertise to the development of similar activities in Portugal, where currently is developing a one-of-a-kind project in Porto.
Its principal shareholder and CEO, Anil Melwani, is directly involved in all aspects of the project, from finding properties through to completion of the project.
