Porto it is the second most important city in Portugal, proclaimed World Heritage by Unesco, home of unparalleled romantic architecture that distinguishes it as one of the most cherished European destinations. In our offices downtown we develop new opportunities and asset management and also have our own showroom for our newest residential project. In 2018 we started developing in Porto followed by the opening of an office.
Our ongoing project is Palacete Cedofeita, a unique residential project, consisting of a private condominium with 13 residential units all with individual private parking. It is divided into two different buildings: The Palacete, a magnificent XIX century historical “Manor house”, and The Residences, a new structure with modern lines; making this project a perfect blend between the classical and the contemporary. After two year rehabilitation and construction, the project is at this moment ready to move in.
